will be in baguio next week for about 8 days and, to save a heckuvalot of money, we decided to cook (make good use of the fully-equipped kitchen that we'll have).

so far on the dinner menu i've got:
fish steaks with buttered veggies
spaghetti with shrimp and crab meat (i'll figure it out as i go along)
hilabos na hipon and sauteed eggplant

the rest will be food that we'll bring from here and heat up there haha. cheaters. and one nice dinner out as it will be, after all, my birthday

lunch will be seeing canned tuna here and there. although i am psyched to try that vegetarian place of kidlat tahimik called OMG (oh my gulay).

i am in need though of another good fish or squid dish. if anybody's got any ideas, please let me know
